A few honest words about this project.

1Where the idea came from

This project was born out of personal necessity. As someone preparing for the German driver's license exam (Führerschein), I found the official practice tools clunky, scattered, and not tailored for non-native German speakers.

The goal was simple: build a focused, multilingual flashcard app that lets anyone — regardless of their German level — practice the official theory questions on any device, at their own pace, and track their progress over time.

2Where the question content comes from

All theory questions and answers are derived from the official German road traffic regulations exam catalogue, published by the TÜV | DEKRA arge tp 21 and used by authorised driving schools and testing centres across Germany.

The content (images, videos, question text, and answers) remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders. This application is a non-commercial, personal study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official testing authority.

3Non-commercial use & no guarantees

This tool is provided for free and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an official driving school or the authorised exam platform. while every effort has been made to keep the content accurate, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness or correctness of any question or answer.

Always verify with an official source before your exam.

4How it was built

Built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and SQLite. Progress and streaks are stored locally in the browser via Zustand. No account is needed and no personal data is collected or transmitted.
